Service Description
Personalized programs for weight loss, strength training, obstacle courses or better daily functionality and competitive teams. Includes written homework plans and two hours weekly with your coach. Nutrition monitoring and meal plans. Sessions can be live, virtual or in outdoor settings based on your goals. No two are ever alike! Your coach will help you determine the best plan at your consultation. Sessions are 1 to 3 hours weekly at $75 to 85 each session. Paid monthly in advance. Monthly fees adjusted for changes in scheduling. NO LONG TERM COMMITMENT!
