Service Description

F4R is not a substitute for a 12 step, recovery program or HIMS. It is high accountability training for a better balanced, confident, healthy and reliable self with emphasis on obtaining your Special Issuance in less time. Day to day interaction with coaches and trainers who are personally experienced in the recovery process. Incorporating your 12 steps. Paid $600/booked every 4 weeks till step 12 is completed. Participants will have..  Completed an in- patient rehab program.  Started a 12-step process and acknowledge step 1, accepting who they are.  Are currently in a 90 meeting for 90-day addiction recovery group or recently completed 90 in 90. Participation Requirements:  Commit to the training program until finishing STEP 12, “paying it forward”. At that time, they may continue with balanced training services with less rigid accountability to help maintain their fitness goals if they desire.  See a psychologist as required by their HIMS program.  2x a week actively go to an addiction recovery meeting during F4R.  Talk/communicate to your addiction sponsor every day.  Candidates will go through an induction program to discuss their needs and goals for fitness; physically and emotionally.  Sign off on releasing documentation for their fitness training program to their sponsor, AME and HIMS chairman. HIPAA confidentially will be maintained on any medical issues, referring those back to their HIMS chairman and AME. These contacts will also always have full access to the pilot’s training information to assist in assessing their progress to a more balanced recovery. Program Phases:  PHASE ONE: Continues till program guidelines are executed 100% for 90 days. Straight. They will receive face to face live or virtual one on one training with their coach twice a week.  PHASE TWO: Continues till they are executing assignments and showing progress physically and consistency for another 120 days straight. Face to face/ Virtual training once a week.  PHASE THREE, continues till they reach a step 12 where they are paying the program forward. Training others, coaching a team, participation in a group sport or competitions. About the time A Special Issuance is issued. Training will vary upon needs from 1 to 4 times a month. Minimum of 2 encouraged.  All PHASES: Homework for 4 other days a week, completed and reported daily. They will change often.  Provided meal plans.. Daily nutrition log submitted. o Assessment workouts ass needed.
