Each of our trainers and coaches lives a balanced life and will help you achieve a more balanced one.  Our training skills are diverse from stability and post physical therapy to competitive endeavors, obstacle course events, body building, classic physique and physique. Our programs are comprehensive and include nutrition, meal plans, accountability and specific skills for the events you wish to master.​

Our trainers continue to strive and improve themselves by working with other trainers and pros to be their best.  Everyone can always learn from anyone, if their mind is open. Our minds are open.  We listen to your goals. desires and feedback to adjust custom programs to fit you.  We will set with you the timetable to achieve your goals. 

 

We guarantee if you follow our training, homework, meal plans and food tracking you will reach your goals as we determine together.  If you do not, we will continue training at no charge till you do.

Meet Our Staff

Each of our trainer/coaches have over 2000 client hours each and are experienced with or have successfully been through addiction rehab programs.  We work with your needs to be balanced, feel confident and excel in the physical aspects you want.  Everyone regardless of physical or mental challenges can better themselves.  Each day is a single step to be a little better than the day before. That creates success.

We all will focus on your nutrition as well as physical training to develop a lifestyle where you enjoy being healthy and your best.

My name is Greg Maloney and I am an addict and an alcoholic.  I have been clean and sober from all mind and mood altering substances for three years.  I am a bodybuilder and a fitness coach.  I work full-time as a self-employed fitness coach at Armbrust Pro Gym.  I am NASM certified and have been a trainer for 2 and one half years.  Ninety percent of my client base is in recovery as well.

National Masters Competitor in 2020, 2021 and 2022. 2nd place body building and 3rd place classic physique over 60. 

He applies his background in customer service of 30 plus years managing businesses and gyms and helps you find what you really need to achieve your physical balance and best.

I'm very passionate about fitness and recovery. I've been working out for 15 years and have over 10 years of sobriety in AA. I have NASM certification and recently competed in my first bodybuilding competition. I believe if you feel good, you do better in life. I enjoy showing others what the body is capable of doing with hard work. It is my ultimate goal to help you reach a happy and well-balanced lifestyle!

I have been working as a licensed social worker for 16 years supporting clients during their difficult times. Focusing on depression, anxiety, addiction, marital stress, PTSD, and death and dying. As of late, I’ve been working with many competitors, coaches, and significant others of competitors to help manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other issues facing competitive bodybuilders and their relationships.

 

When deconstructing a client's issues a social worker views the person, not as a diagnosis, but rather as an individual with a unique set of circumstances and traits that have brought them to a point in their lives where they have sought out counseling.

I love helping people and having the opportunity to make a difference in their lives, since health and fitness have been my passions. Physical Fitness became my approach in life at a very early age. Through my journey over the past three decades I have gained knowledge and experience in the health & fitness field that has guided me in a variety of areas in my life. Over the years I have learned that being healthy and fit are two of the most important factors responsible for feeling good, having an abundance of energy and living a long, happy, fun, and productive life. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experiences with others who are ready to achieve or rediscover their own health & fitness goals. I believe that if one dedicates the time to work out and educate them selves now, one will prevent many of today’s ailments to develop later!! We’re living in a very hectic and fast moving lifestyle and it is my mission for us to get started now so that we’ll feel much better, stronger and happier for the rest of our lives. Therefore, I feel my biggest contribution comes from teaching others how they can achieve and rediscover their personal health and fitness goals. 

 

Every person (male/female) is a unique one. There's no "magical formula," but there is a tailored fitness plan for any person. I create a Lifestyle Diet, Workout & Supplement Plans tailored to my clients unique needs. 

 

I believe each progress can lead you to another growth & my motivation comes from the client's success. Hence that is why I love what I do.

Hello, my name is Kasey and I'm a master certified personal trainer with 10 years of experience in the gym. My passion stems from my own experience in how building the physique you desire has deep drawing implications to improve and bleed into every aspect of your life. I've dealt with injuries myself such as elbow, knee, and shoulder leading to a stout understanding in corrective exercises to  produce a more profound strength base. My goal is to positively impact everyone I can by helping them achieve balance in their body, mind, and soul. I've spent years working in the service service industry and used to be addicted to alcohol and instead decided I wanted to improve my life and since have been addicted to building the best version of myself and I love to help others do the same! If you work with me I offer extensive diet help, workouts to build lean muscle and lose fat, corrective exercises, and contest prep.
